A technique may also be advanced because it requires a high level of awareness or discrimination to practice safely. Personal instruction from an experienced teacher is essential to safe practice. In Pranariya programs this technique is thoroughly covered in the Asanas as Spiritual Doorways program and for teacher only in Teaching Advanced Pranayama for Pranakriya Yoga Teachers.
