This is a lightly edited, live recording of the Posture Training Class from the Pranakriya 200 hour Basic YTT. Students in the program are led through this routine each morning of the training. This two-hour class includes the 5 pranayamas and 24 asanas taught in the YTT. As their second to last test the teacher trainees lead the whole class. This class is offered as a resource for students in the training and for anyone wanting to explore the Pranakriya alignment and leading style. |
